Iliana Abella is co owner and REALTOR for Greater Miami Investments, Inc. (GMI). GMI is a full service real estate boutique firm located in Coral Gables, Florida that offers residential and commercial real estate services in the Greater Miami area.
Iliana began working in real estate in Miami in 1985. After several years in the marketplace, Iliana and Orlando founded GMI.
Iliana specializes in the luxury residential real estate market in Miami. With a reputation of professionalism and honesty, she has worked on renowned projects and successfully sold properties to celebrity clients including professional athletes, diplomats and many foreign nationals.
Excelling in attracting and retaining outstanding talent in real estate. Iliana has been an integral part of GMI’s growth from a two man operation to a successful, full service firm with 58 associates. Through her continued efforts, long-standing client relationships, and impeccable business ethics, GMI thrives in today’s vibrant real estate market.

Orlando J. Abella is co owner and Managing Broker of Greater Miami Investments, Inc. (GMI). GMI is a full service real estate boutique firm located in Coral Gables, Florida that offers residential and commercial real estate services in the Miami area.
Orlando began his career in Real Estate in Miami in 1980. With years of experience behind him, Orlando and his wife Iliana founded GMI.
Orlando specializes in commercial real estate and office leasing and has successfully sold or leased in practically every major building in the Miami area to multinational corporations, foreign investors and professionals. Throughout his career and today, Orlando emphasizes honesty and integrity in business.
With his professionalism and primary focus on knowledgeable, personalized service, Orlando developed GMI from a husband and wife duo to a successful and leading boutique real estate brokerage firm that maintains its original philosophy of giving clients an honest hands-on approach.
